“I have never heard of a US-Asia Summit, Japan-South America Summit and so on. It’s always China-Africa Summit, US-Africa Summit, France-Africa Summit, and now India-Africa Summit. Our 54 leaders are happy to jump onto their planes to go to these summits.
“I have never seen anything significant come out of these meetings. I find it demeaning that an entire continent should dance to the tune of one country.
