Flames of Malawi still in the race

Malawi’s Flames have fought lungs out to get a barren draw against hosts, Guinea, leaving the race in the Group they are in open.

The Flames were in a improvised white and green uniform because their distinct black, red and green strips uniform was reportedly missing along with their luggage.

The team used a 4-5-1 system with Chiukepo Msowoya as the lone striker.

The draw leaves Malawi on third with two points, at par with bottom-placed Guinea.
